DAP Door To Door Shipping Service From China To The Netherlands

1. Cargo Pickup in China

We arrange door pickup from your supplier’s factory or warehouse anywhere in China.

• Cargo inspection (if required)

• Export packing and labeling support

• Container loading or consolidation (FCL/LCL)

2. Export Customs Clearance in China

We handle all China export procedures, including:

• Export customs declaration

• Export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, etc.)

• Export clearance approval

3. International Transportation

Based on your timeline and budget, we arrange the most suitable transport mode:

• Sea freight (most cost-effective)

• Rail freight (balanced speed and cost)

• Air freight (urgent shipments)

Cargo is shipped from major Chinese ports to Rotterdam or other Netherlands ports.

4. Arrival in the Netherlands

Once the shipment arrives at the destination port:

• We coordinate with our local Netherlands partner

• Cargo is prepared for import clearance

• Delivery schedule is confirmed with you

5. Import Customs Clearance (Buyer’s Responsibility under DAP)
